The numerical control processing technology complies with the rules of machining and cutting, which is roughly the same as that of ordinary machine tools. Because numerical control processing is an automatic processing that applies computer controling technology to mechanical processing, it has the characteristics of high processing efficiency and high precision. The processing technology has its unique features and the process is relatively complex, the work step arrangement is more detailed and thorough.

CNC machining process includes the selection of cutting tools, the determination of cut parameters and the design of cutting process route. CNC numerical control processing technology is the foundation and core of numerical control programming. Only when the technology is reasonable can high efficiency and high quality numerical control program be compiled. The standard to measure the quality of numerical control program is: minimum processing time, minimum tool loss and machining the workpiece with the best effect.

CNC machining process is a part of the overall machining process of the workpiece, even a process. It needs to cooperate with other processes before and after, in order to finally meet the assembly requirements of the whole machine or mold, so that qualified parts can be processed.


CNC machining processes are generally divided into rough machining, medium thickness under cutscrap chopper machining, semifinishing machining, finishing and other steps.
