1.When the machining accuracy of parts is changed due to the internal force effect, the effect of Centripetal force is usually used to clamp the parts with the three jaw or four jaw chuck of the lathe, and then the Machine element are processed. At the same time, in order to ensure that the parts do not loosen under force and reduce the effect of radial force on the inner diameter, it is necessary to ensure that the clamping force is greater than the mechanical cutting force. The clamping force increases with the increase of cutting force and decreases with it. This kind of operation can make the Machine element bear the force safely in the process of processing. However, after the three jaw chuck or four jaw chuck is loosened, the processed Machine element will be far different from the original ones, some of which are polygonal, and some are elliptical, showing a large deviation.

2.There are several main reasons for the elastic deformation of parts in mechanical processing caused by external forces. One reason is that if the internal structure of some parts contains thin sheets, there will be higher requirements for operating methods. Otherwise, when the operator positions and clamps the parts, they cannot correspond with the planning of the drawings, which can easily lead to elastic deformation. The second is the unevenness of the lathe and fixture, which causes uneven force on both sides of the parts during fixation, resulting in the side with less force effect during cutting showing translation and deformation of the parts under the force effect. The third reason is that the positioning of the parts during the processing is unreasonable, resulting in a decrease in the rigidity and strength of the parts. The existence of cutting force is also one of the reasons for elastic deformation of parts. The elastic deformation caused by these different reasons shows the influence of external force on the processing quality of Machine element.

3. Simple deformation problem after heat treatment For thin Machine element, because of their very large length and diameter, after heat treatment, they simply present the situation of straw hat twists and turns. On the one hand, there will be a phenomenon of central bulge, resulting in an increase in plane deviation. On the other hand, due to the influence of various external factors, the parts will experience twists and turns. The occurrence of these deformation problems is not only due to changes in the internal stress of the parts after heat treatment, but also due to the operator's lack of professional knowledge and understanding of the structural stability of the parts, which increases the probability of part deformation.
