1. Scribing: before drilling, you should be familiar with the drawing requirements first. According to the position and size requirements of drilling, use a high ruler to draw the cross center line of the hole position. The center line is vulgar, clear and accurate, and the thinner the better, after drawing the line, use vernier caliper or steel rulers for inspection.

2. Draw inspection squares or inspection circles: after drawing the line and passing the inspection, the inspection squares or inspection circles with the center line of the hole as the center of symmetry should also be drawn as the inspection line during the test drilling, in order to check and correct the drilling position when drilling.

3. Proofing and punching eyes: carefully proofing and punching eyes after drawing out the corresponding inspection squares or round inspection. First hit a small point, carefully observe in different directions of the Cross center line, Anvil whether the eye is hit on the cross point of the Cross center line, and finally hit the anvil eye hard to beat the circle, in order to accurately drop the drill and fix the center.

4. Clamping: wipe clean the table surface of the machine tool, the surface of the fixture table and the base surface of the workpiece, and clamp the workpiece. The clamping is required to be flat and firm, which is convenient for observation and measurement. Pay attention to the installation way of the workpiece to prevent deformation of the workpiece due to clamping.

5. Test drilling: before drilling, you must first test drilling: Make the horizontal edge of the drill bit align with the center of the hole Anvil holes to drill a shallow pit, then visually check whether the position of the shallow pit is correct, and constantly correct the deviation, make the shallow pit coaxial with the inspection circle. If the deviation is small, the workpiece can be shifted to the opposite direction of deviation by force at the same time of make a pull to achieve gradual correction.

6. Drilling: Fitter drilling is generally mainly based on manual feeding operation. When the drilling test meets the requirements of drilling position accuracy, drilling can be carried out. During manual feeding, the feeding force should not cause the drill bit to bend, so as not to skew the hole axis.
